- How do I open a .maipdf file? Open the MaiPDF app, choose "Open file", and select the .maipdf document. Protected files can only be read inside the app.
- Why can't I sign in with Google? Google sign-in requires a working connection to Google services. If that's unavailable on your network, use email sign-in instead.
- I took a screenshot and it's black / blocked. That's expected — protected documents apply anti-screenshot protection and carry a traceable watermark.
- How do I limit devices, set expiry, or revoke access? Use the Licenses section in the app to manage access to documents you've protected.
- Someone leaked my document — can I find out who? Use "Trace watermark" in the app: enter the code shown in the leaked screenshot to see who opened it, when, and on which device.
